Terms and Conditions for Kore Pilates Reformer Experience Retreats/Events
1. Legal Agreement & Acceptance
By booking, the participant enters a legally binding contract and confirms explicit acceptance via
digital acknowledgment or signature.
2. Mandatory Insurance
Participants must hold valid travel, health, and accident insurance. Failure to provide proof may
result in refusal of participation without refund.
3. Health & Risk Acknowledgment
Participants confirm physical fitness and accept all inherent risks. Any undisclosed medical
condition voids organizer liability.
4. Payment & Default
Failure to complete payment by deadlines results in automatic cancellation with forfeiture of all
amounts paid.
5. Strict No-Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable except where explicitly stated. Any exception is solely at the
organizer’s discretion.
6. Chargeback & Dispute Waiver
Participants agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. Any disputes must be resolved
directly. Unauthorized chargebacks will be pursued legally.
7. Force Majeure
No liability or obligation to refund in case of events beyond control including pandemics, war,
strikes, or travel disruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid. No indirect or consequential damages are
recoverable.
9. Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless KORE against any claims, damages, or liabilities
caused by their actions.
10. Removal Without Refund
Organizer may remove participants at any time for misconduct, safety concerns, or non-compliance
without refund.
11. Travel Disclaimer
Full responsibility for flights, visas, and travel rests with participant. No compensation for
disruptions.
12. Property Disclaimer
No responsibility for theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings.
13. Media Release
Irrevocable worldwide rights to use participant image and content for marketing without
compensation.
14. GDPR Compliance
Data processed under GDPR. Participant consents to data use for operations and legal
compliance.
15. Arbitration Clause
Any dispute shall first be resolved via binding arbitration before legal action.
16. Governing Law
Portuguese law applies. Courts of Portugal have exclusive jurisdiction.
17. Updates
Terms may be updated anytime. Continued participation equals acceptance.
